Cladco Profiles – Warehouse & Office Refurbishment
After having added the canteen facility to the ever growing Cladco Plot D warehouse, Walton Development & Construction were given the contract to complete the refurbishment works on the expansion of Cladco in Andover. This job required our team to complete a full refurbishment to the newly acquired 40,000 sqft warehouse and office space. We completed a full rewire to the downstairs office space, made repairs to the existing extraction system, removed the large sprinkler system, including the 150,000 litre storage tank and also took out the redundant heater system. We removed groundfloor walls to the warehouse to create an open plan showroom space and also fitted the new loading dock, which included a ramp, roller shutter doors and dock levellers.
