The Refurbishment Of The Moorland Garden Hotel
Walton D&C Ltd is proud to have completed the refurbishment of the old Moorland Garden Hotel into a state of the art luxury 57 bedroom nursing home. This included a full rip out of the internals and included 3 new extensions. The building also had a full M&E design to include fire alarm, access controls, nurse call stations and a state of the art misting system. We are also proud to announce that we won the Silver award at the Devon Building Control Awards for this project.
