The Fit-Out of PML’s new Oceansgate facility.
Walton D&C were asked to provide a design and build service for the internal fit-out of PML’s new storage and conferencing building at the landmark Oceansgate development in the heart of Plymouth.
We were tasked with creating spaces to allow the training of staff and state of the art conferencing facilities, allowing PML to continue their impressive expansion from Plymouth’s Ocean City.
The triple unit development was a blank canvas upon arrival, but in 12 weeks, Walton D&C created a new mezzanine level incorporating two offices, and a large conference room. On the Ground Floor, we added welfare facilities including kitchen, unisex toilets, a shower room as well as a dedicated server room. The building included a fully functional workshop and 400sq/m storage area with 4-metre high specialist racking.
